A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: All questions MUST be submitted by March 25, 2022 The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the State Route 85 Landfill Excavation Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. This project is for two landfill cell construction projects (Phases 1 and 2) and there is a potential to expand this contract to include two additional cell projects (Phases 3 and 4) if funding permits. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at 28361 W. Patterson Road, Buckeye.
