Proposals will be acted on by the North Cedar Aviation Authority at a meeting to be held at Northeast Iowa Regional Airport, Charles City, Iowa 50616, at 1:00 P.M. local time on March 30, 2022, or at such later time and place as may then be fixed The extent of the work involved is as follows: Rehabilitate Runway 12/30, including full depth pavement patching, partial depth pavement patching, and pavement marking at the Northeast Iowa Regional Airport. Bidders shall not be permitted to withdraw their bids for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for opening bids. Each successful bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond in an amount equal to 100% of its contract price Goals for minority participation for each trade: 2.0 % Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received in the best interest of the Jurisdiction.
