Linbeck Group, LLC, is requesting proposals for the construction of Bid Package #4 for KIPP: Somos-Poder. This project is located at 8931 Callaghan Road, San Antonio, TX 78230 The proposals for Bid Package #4 will include the following trades: Glass, Misc. Facade, Misc. Steel, Steel Stairs, all new Interior Finishes, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Millwork, Exterior Canopies, CMU, Specialties, Sports Flooring, Food Equipment, Gym Equipment, Fencing and Landscaping .
