A. SBCS is requesting bids from Offerors for replacement of the low slope roof system at Spotsylvania High School. The project generally involves removal of all ballast and existing EPDM membrane, installation of new coverboard and a fully adhered EPDM membrane. The project is approximately 202,000 ft2.
