In general, the Services consist of weekly pick-up of containerized Solid Waste, and bi-weekly (every 14 day) curbside Recycling from Residential Units within the geographic limits of the City and disposal. The Services shall include Solid Waste and Recycling collection and disposal for designated City Facilities, all as required by the Bidding Documents, the Contract Between the City of Lebanon, Indiana and Contractor, and the City of Lebanon, Indiana Solid Waste and Recycling Collection and Disposal Specifications (the "Specifications"). Bidders must be present for the entire Pre-Bid Conference. Pre-Bid Conference attendance logs will be administered by the City and will be closed 10 minutes after of the beginning of said Conference. A Bidder's representative may not be absent for no more than 10 mins of the Conference duration. Pre-Bid Conference attendance logs will be published as an addendum to the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder must have a representative listed on the published Pre-Bid Conference attendance log.
