The period for carrying out the work on site must begin on May 2, 2022 and end no later than August 19, 2022 , the deadline for the acceptance of the work by the owner. This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Liberalization of Public Procurement Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario ( ACCQO ).
