Restoration of toilet blocks - Palestre École Mistral, Mont-Joli
The Center de services scolaire des Phares , owner, is asking for bids for " repair of sanitary blocks - Palestre at Mistral school in Mont-Joli ".
The responsibility of the Lighthouse School Service Center is in no way engaged due to the fact that the opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
The period for carrying out the work on site must begin on May 2, 2022 and end no later than August 19, 2022 , the deadline for the acceptance of the work by the owner. This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Liberalization of Public Procurement Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario ( ACCQO ). Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders. The Owner does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
