The sequence of construction shall be as follows: 1. Awarded vendor shall remove, according to plans, existing conc pilot channel, conc driveway, asphalt pavement, conc headwalls, RCP and part of concrete reinforced box culverts. 2. Awarded vendor shall construct 2-6'x3' reinforced box culverts, box closure sections, headwall, wingwalls complete and concrete pilot channel. Vendor shall install RCP from existing RCP to prop box culvert. 3. Awarded vendor shall install prop conc driveway replacement and HMAC pavement. 4. Awarded vendor shall grade site and install Flexamat turf reinforcement according to plans. The vendor shall also provide erosion control and traffic control during their construction activities for the site. All public improvements must be in accordance with the specifications contained in the Tarrant County Subdivision and Land Use Regulations Manual, and those specifications as issued by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). References made to TxDOT items in this contract shall mean items in the Standard Specifications of Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges as published by the Texas Department of Transportation in 2014. Further technical requirements contained in other publications are referenced in sections where they apply and are hereby incorporated. Where any discrepancies occur between documents, TxDOT Specifications shall take priority over the Tarrant County Subdivision and Land Use Regulations.
