Renovation of a water / sewer project in Johnstown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Tryon Technology Park Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Generator Replacement Located at the Tryon Technology Park, Town of Perth, Fulton County The work involves removal of an existing generator, installation of a new natural gas powered 80 kW generator and automatic transfer switch. The work shall be completed within the sooner of 200 calendar days of the contract award or 60 days from the delivery of generator and automatic transfer switch to the Contractor and is subject to prevailing New York State wage rates (PRC2022001484), as well as the requirements for equal employment opportunity, all as described in the Contract Documents. Contracts will be awarded by the Fulton County IDA which reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informalities or technicality at their discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Fulton County IDA, even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required.
