Other Details The City of Rancho Cucamonga (hereinafter "City") is inviting qualified Vendors (hereinafter "Vendor") to submit a statement of qualifications response for Request for Qualifications #21/22-503 (hereinafter "Solicitation") for Second Story and Beyond(R) ("SSAB") Exhibit Fabrication and Installation Services (hereinafter "Project") in accordance with the minimum Scope of Services and Specifications indicated herein. The City will utilize a two-step process to pre-qualify, select, and potentially award a contract to a Vendor for the Project. This Solicitation is the first phase of the two-step process. An Evaluation Committee will review, evaluate, and score all submitted Solicitation responses based on the criteria indicated herein. Five (5) of the highest scored Vendors will be eligible to advance to the second step in the process which is participation in the Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the Project. Vendors scoring below the five (5) highest scores will not be eligible to participate in the RFP process and will be so notified via a Short List Letter posted through the bid system.
