Site work and paving for a civil project in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Resurfacing of approximately 53,520 square yards on various roads throughout the Township. The base bid includes approximately 53,520 square yards of rotomilling and profiling; 6,865 tons of Superpave WMA 19.0 mm Binder Course; 4,415 tons of Superpave WMA 9.5 mm Fine Grade Wearing Course; 2,700 square yards of base repairs; replacement of 1,085 feet of 12" to 15" SLCPP storm sewers; 220 feet of underdrain; repair/ rebuild/ replacement of 42 inlets; traffic control; linestriping; lawn restoration; and other items incidental to the project. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) is required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will be paid on this project. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by an executed Anti Collusion Affidavit on the PennDOT form provided. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
