Renovation of an educational facility in Hurst, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The District reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of fortyfive (45) working days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of Proposal responses without the prior written consent of the Board of Trustees, Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District. The conference is not mandatory but is highly recommended. We do not anticipate having additional walkthroughs or site visits; therefore any personnel or subcontractors who have a need to visit this site should plan to attend this conference. If at a school location, all vendors must sign in at the front desk and obtain a visitor's badge prior to attending the meeting. A current driver's license is required to sign in at District Campuses.
