Scope of Work: * Remove twenty-six (26) existing metal halide light fixtures. * Rewire the existing pole circuits as needed to accept the specified new LED fixture. o Install each new PA, PB or PC fixture, utilizing the manufacturer's specified approved hardware. Wire each fixture per the manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. * Install each new fixture in the indicated location per the provided area Map. * The successful bidder will be responsible to verify the supply voltage at each pole location prior to the installation. * All work should be performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code requirements. * Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. * All work areas are to be coned/roped off and clearly marked for safety. Scheduling and Time Allowances: * Work to be scheduled with the Plant Supervisor, Michael Helms (334-447-6477) o Once the project start date has been determined the total project should be completed in no more than twenty-one (21) consecutive calendar days. Enterprise State Community College reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portion thereof. Alabama law allow the awarding of certain public contracts through competitive bids, to provide a preference in bidding to resident bidders over non-resident bidders. Products: o The successful bidder will provide four (4) new Lithonia Lighting RSX2 LED Area Luminaire fixtures, type "PA" and all associated hardware to mount on the owners existing poles.
