The Town of Ballston requests proposals for audiovisual technology design and implementation equipment and services to be installed in the Town of Ballston's Board Room and Small Conference Room located in the Town Hall Building, 323 Charlton Road, Ballston Spa, New York 12020. The Town is seeking a highly qualified firm to design, provide, and install turnkey audiovisual systems for its Board Room and Small Conference Room. The project shall include all equipment and materials, whether specifically mentioned herein or not, to ensure a complete and operating system that provides high quality audio and video within the Board Room and Small Conference Room. This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the general rules for preparing and submitting proposals and the Town's requirements for design and implementation services can be found on the home page of the Town's website (under "News Flash") at Prevailing Wage does apply; a prevailing wage schedule will be provided to the awarded vendor. The purpose of the Pre-Proposal Conference/ Site Visit is to provide prospective proposers the opportunity to survey the site and to gather any additional information necessary to prepare a complete response to this RFP. Any questions or other requests for clarification concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to Eric Connolly, Supervisor at econnolly@townofballstonny.org no later than April 1, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. Responses to all questions will be provided to all known interested parties by April 8, 2022. The Town of Ballston reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, or to reject any or all proposals without explanation.
