Dr Structure Cover, Adj, Case 1 Cold Milling HMA Surface HMA, 3C HMA, 5EML 1: Partial Depth Mill & Fill This part of the contract will consist of lowering manholes, "Profile" cold milling HMA 1.5" at bottom of valley gutter or edge of road to 0% at centerline. Manholes on centerline may just need to be adjusted. (Determined by KCRC Engineer or representative) Adjusting structures, and then placing a final course HMA (1 1/2 "). The Kent County Road Commission Maintenance Department will be doing any and all prep work prior to milling and all restoration work after paving. 2: Skip Paving This part of the contract will consist of The Kent County Road Commission (KCRC) Maintenance Department doing any tree work, ditching, or cross-tiles prior to paving and all other prep work: crack sealing, patching, etc. before and/or after paving. The contractor will need to sweep surface prior to tacking 3. Summit Avenue 12 Mile to 1550' north of 12 Mile This portion of Summit Avenue is going to be pulverized and shaped by KCRC. KCRC will coordinate with both the paving Contractor and milling contractor for placement of the HMA base course. The HMA top course can immediately follow the base course if the contractor so desires.
