Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and 554-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Specifications are included in ATTACHMENTS B & C. Information regarding use of a brand name is addressed in Section V.B. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, page 18 item 5. Variance in specifications deemed not to be material, in the sole discretion of the County, may be allowed in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Any Notation on the Exterior of the Envelope Purporting to Alter, Amend, Modify or Revise the Bid Contained Within the Envelope Shall Be of No Effect and Shall Be Disregarded. The Time of Receipt Shall Be Determined by the Official Time Clock Stamp. Bidders Are Responsible for Ensuring That Their Bids Are Stamped by Procurement Department Personnel or Designee Before the Deadline. Late Bids Shall Be Rejected Inquiries: Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Lesley Brown, Procurement Manager, at (804) 717-6760, or by email to procurement@chesterfield.gov. Inquiries must be received no later than June 1, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction.
