Renovation of a medical facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Refurbish existing switchgear ESS3 by replacing existing power circuit breakers with new. Provide all new front panel doors/ covers including blanks, colour to match existing. .2 Replace existing analogue metering in ESS3 with new digital metering. .3 Replace two existing automatic transfer switches, P3 and P4, within the existing switchgear. Modify existing bus work as required to accommodate. .4 Install new external bus duct from feeder breaker in ESS3 to existing transfer switch ATS3. .5 Parallel the existing tie cables between ESS No. 2 & ESS No. 3. .6 Provide all temporary work to maintain electrical feeders from ESS3 operational when it is taken out of service. .7 Provide an integrated remote monitoring system to monitor each circuit breaker and transfer switches in ESS4. .8 Provide pre and post transfer switch interconnections with elevators. .9 Provide all testing, commissioning and verification.
