General Pavement Services for 2022 Bids will be publicly opened and read by the Director of Public Service immediately after 10:00 A.M. on April 1, 2022. The BID check or BID bond, as the case may be, will be held as a guarantee that, if the BID proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into between the bidder and the City of Strongsville, Ohio. The price of material and labor bid shall be separately stated. Copies of the specifications, instructions to Bidders, forms of proposals and other contract documents are on file at the Office of the Director of Public Service of the City of Strongsville, Ohio,. Bidders must use the printed forms of proposal available as aforesaid, as none other will be accepted.
