Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The City of Middleburg Heights may employ an engineering services firm to prepare preliminary engineering for the rehabilitation of Smith Road (CR 64) from Pearl Road to W. 130th Street for an approximate length of 2,700 feet in the City of Middleburg Heights. The project will consist of collecting survey data and developing basemap including utilities, utility assessment, Geotechnical exploration and engineering design (Stage 1) to expand on the Southland Redevelopment Study, environmental research and documentation, cost estimating. This contract could develop into a Stage 2 for detailed construction documents for all or a portion of the corridor based on available funding. All services shall be in accordance with an agreement with the City of Middleburg Heights. Envelopes containing submissions should be marked "RFQ-Smith Road/Southland Project". The City of Middleburg Heights reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and/or proposals, to waive any informalities in the submissions and/or proposals received, and to accept any submission and/or proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City.
