Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roswell, New Mexico. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and transportation facility.

** As of July 8, 2022, the city has decided to reject the bids. ** The work involved includes the following: Schedule I Site Civil Apron Site Civil Parking Lot Roadway Improvements Foundation Site Utilities Electrical, Gas, and Communication Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to City of Roswell, or by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Roswell reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof. The proposed contract is under and subject to Executive Order 11246 of 24 September 1965, as amended and to the equal opportunity clause and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, including the goals and timetables for minority and female participation. Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor and State of New Mexico are applicable to all schedules awarded for this project. Any questions regarding this project are to be submitted in writing to Tim Archibeque via email at tarchibeque@armstrongconsultants.com before March 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (local time). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
