The purpose of this request for pre-qualification ("RFPQ") is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interests in, and qualifications for, becoming pre-qualified to participate in future procurement processes for General Contractors & Construction Managers for projects carried out by any of the Health Organizations (FHA, PHSA & VCH). The Health Organizations' objective is to create a list of firms that are prequalified for General Contractors & Construction Managers in connection with Acute Care Projects and/or Non-Acute Care Projects. The pre-qualified list created under this RFPQ will replace the existing pre-qualification list maintained by FMP, a copy of which is located at the following link: https://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities. This RFPQ is open and ongoing until cancelled by FMP. Please note this offer is open to all General Contractors & Construction Manager firms presently on the pre-qualified list wanting to increase their current pre-qualification level, as well as any new firms wishing to apply for the General Contractors & Construction Managers pre-qualification list. NOTE: If the Respondent is currently pre-qualified and satisfied with the current level of your category, no action is required and you do NOT need to re-apply.
