Kitley South Elmsley Townline Road is a line road (shared) between both Townships. There is a Bridge (Townline Road Bridge), located 2.0 kilometres east of County Road 29 on Kitley South Elmsley Townline Road that has been identified in the most recent OSIM Inspection as needing to be replaced Jointly, the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley and the Township of Rideau Lakes is seeking the services of a qualified, professional engineering firm to perform preliminary engineering and investigation for the purposes of either rehabilitation of replacement of Townline Road Bridge. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
