Site work and new construction of a retail development in Bloomington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 22,233-square-foot, three-story above grade retail development; for site work for a retail development; and retail development.
As of June 2024, this project is confirmed to be under construction. This project shall include, but is not limited to: site clearing, earthwork, sidewalks, curb work, minor asphalt work, permeable pavers, site utilities, site landscaping, construction of a new 22,000/sf facility, which includes masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, TPO roofing and vegetative roofing, a machine room-less elevator, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work located in Bloomington, IN. All RFIs are due 5 business days prior to the bid package due date. The last addendum will be issued no later than 2 business days prior to the bid package due date. Submit all questions to Chris Ciolli (cciolli@weddlebros.com) A Bid Bond is required in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount prior to the execution of the contract and said bonds shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year after final acceptance of the work. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply to this project per the attached wage determination. The project intends to achieve a LEED Silver certification.
