Perform generator maintenance and repair work for a minimum of five (5) years to perform regular preventative maintenance inspection/service, load bank testing, and on call and emergency repair services of gasoline, LP gas and diesel powered generator sets during the contract period. The generator sets are located throughout the Salem District, which includes the District complex, SWRO TOC and the Residencies of Bedford, Christiansburg, Martinsville and Salem which are comprised of the Counties of Bedford, Franklin, Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, Carroll, Henry, Patrick, Botetourt, Craig and Roanoke. Questions Should Be Received By Close of Business not later than five (5) days before closing date. The contract period shall be for one (1) year with the start date to be determined at the time of award and with the possibility of four (4) one-year optional renewal periods.
