PN-EQ5P2SS2P1-22-0025 The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), is seeking interest to hire a contractor to replace the fire alarm system in the Bricker Federal Building and the Bricker Federal Building Garage at 200 North High Street Columbus, Ohio 43215. The performance period is 357 calendar days for the Federal Building and 140 calendar days for the Federal Garage upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. Contractor will have to show significant experience in Fire Alarm related projects in a large office building and parking garage. The anticipated award is on or about September 2022.
