Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Sumter, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Santee-Lynches is looking for a general contractor with knowledge of contract designs, to add additions to senior centers. The additions will be used to house walk-in freezers/coolers. This general contractor will be working with the Government Services staff to consult on requirements for future Request for Bids and advertising. This project is funded by CDBG-Corona Virus funds and will meet CDBG requirements. No questions or inquiries will be accepted via telephone, and after Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 4:00 pm. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
