Aquis/Flexible Start Time This Performance Based contract includes providing Emergency Roadside Assistance Services to motorist during evacuations and other emergency events. Emergency Roadside Assistance Services includes push, pull, or tow Disabled Vehicles to a safe location on the side of the road and off of the travel lanes; provide fuel, change or repair tires, and perform other minor vehicle repairs to restore the Disabled Vehicle for travel; and provide transportation of Motorist of Disabled Vehicles whose vehicle cannot be readily restored for travel. Contract Limits:
Interstate Seventy-Five (75) Northbound corridor in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando Counties from the Manatee County line to the Sumter County Line (Approx. 67.5 miles) Interstate Four (4) Eastbound corridor in Hillsborough County from the I-4/I-275 Interchange to Polk County Line. (Approx. 25 miles) The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida, verifying the Contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this Contract the dollar amount is established at $250,000.00.
