VISITING PLACES N / A SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in his Bid. If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) A bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form.
