Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of Preventative Maintenance Services, Demand Repairs for Fan Coil and PTAC Unit services at various locations throughout TCHC's portfolio. TCHC will be awarding the work to the lowest total priced Proposal. This work is categorized as Preventative Maintenance . Fan coil units and packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC) units provide heating and cooling in various buildings across the portfolio. The fan coil and PTAC units are located within residents' units. Preventative maintenance services and demand repairs are required to maintain the units in working order and to ensure they are operating properly and efficiently. Preventative maintenance services include annual cleaning and inspections. Proponents must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in its current business organization providing similar services. Proponents must also have a minimum of eight (8) staff assigned to the program. One staff must have a minimum of a G2 license. The agreement will be for three (3) years with an option in favour of TCHC to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each. TCHC has also issued RFP 21196 for Residential PTAC Unit All Inclusive Replacement on demand basis at various TCHC locations. The Successful Proponent on RFP 21196 (Residential PTAC Replacement Program) will not be able to submit a proposal for RFP 22007.
