SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolish existing sanitation building, slab and foundation system. 2. Construct new seasonal shower building, including all related equipment, appurtenances, and utility installation. 3. Upgrade surrounding site area at new building location to provide landscaping, parking and accessible routes to and around building. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will at the DNR Brainerd Area Headquarters, 1601 Minnesota Drive, Brainerd, MN 56401. The meeting will have a virtual TEAMS meeting for remote access.
