Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and quality control necessary to complete the turnkey project which includes re-surfacing (overlay) of the existing track, jumping runways (4), and field D-zones (2) with painted markings. This includes but is not limited to all incidental items required for the resurfacing system to be installed to the material manufacturer's requirements and contract documents. The existing surfaces shall be repaired/patched and cleaned as required for the re-surfacing system. Work shall also include any items integral to the installed system not shown on the plan or called out in the Contract Documents. Work at the site may begin June 6, 2023, and must be substantially complete by August 01, 2023. All materials shall be part of a complete system specifically for the re-surfacing of an existing synthetic running track surface. One manufacturer shall provide all products. Track re-surfacing materials shall be compatible with the current track surface. The Prime Contractor shall provide an unconditional Manufacturer's Warranty on the Track Resurfacing System for a five (5) year period. Track striping and markings shall be warranted for a three (3) year period. See the requirements for these in the project specifications
