Site work and paving for a road / highway in Alton, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will be constructed on Fosterburg Road from 450 feet north of Culp Lane to apoint 840 feet south of IL RT 255 in Alton, Illinois. The evaluation criteria and weighting for this project is as follows: Experience and Technical Competence =30%; Capacity and Capability =30%; Past Record of Performance =30%; Local Presence =10%. Consultants should request aproposal packet from the Alton Public Works Department, which is located at 2Emma Kaus Lane in Alton, Illinois. The technical proposal must not contain any cost information. All proposals shall include aconflict of interest form. All proposals shall also include acopy of the consultant's current IDOT prequalification certificate approved in the category of Highways - Roads and Streets. Proposals will be evaluated by the Alton Public Works Department QBS selection committee. Interviews of engineering consultants will not be held for this project.
