Owner & CM reserve the right to reject any/all bids and waive minor technicalities. Minority business participation is encouraged. Direct Material Purchase Orders: Owner reserves the right to direct purchase material over $5,000 for tax savings purposes. Sales tax shall be included with bids, but the value identified for the owner. Target Project Start: June 2022 RFIs are due: Friday, April 1, 2022 at 5:00pm Please send all RFIs to Alyssa Henderson at ahenderson@halfacreco.com or Dean Crowley at dcrowley@halfacreco.com. Pre-Qualification Requirements: All bidders with a bid of $25,000 or greater will be required to complete a pre-qualification application and meet requirements of contracting with Halfacre Construction Company prior to submission of bid. Failure to fully complete and/or submit pre-qualification application documents may be cause for rejection of bid. Owner & CM reserve the right to reject any/all bids and waive minor technicalities.
