Site work for a mixed-use development in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Consists of the removal of the Passenger Boarding Bridge (SN31576) at Gate 10 of Bishop International Airport and relocating the Passenger Boarding Bridge and ancillary equipment to vacant location at Gate 4 of Bishop International Airport. RELOCATION OF EQUIPMENT AND PROJECT COMPLETION SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAYS, from the date of the Notice of Awarded Contract by the Authority, or the Proposers guarantee date, whichever is less, except for minor replacement, correction, or adjustment of items which do not interfere with the complete operation and utilization of all parts of the work Proposed for by the Authority. The successful Proposer shall complete the work to the satisfaction of the Authority on or before dates specified. Failure to complete the work within 180 days will result in the assessment of liquidated damages in the amount of $50.00 per calendar day. The Award of Contract is subject to the approval of the Bishop International Airport Authority Board of Directors, and availability of funding The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept a Proposal which, in the Authoritys opinion, is the most responsive and responsible Proposer who is determined by the Authority to be in its best interests. Final Day to Submit Written Questions April 4, 2022 Anticipated Recommendation to Authority Board April 26, 2022 Contract Award April 29, 2022 Project Completion Date October 26, 2022
