Reference number : 1582039 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 2 The Center de services scolaire des Monts-et-Marées wishes to obtain bids in a sealed envelope to retain the services of a contractor to carry out partial repair work on the interior finishes at Saint-Damase school, located at 377 , rue de l'Eglise, Saint-Damase, province of Quebec. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent ( 10 %) of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond issued by a financial institution which is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurers Act ( R. LRQ, c. A-32 -1 ) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies ( R. LRQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by theAn Act respecting financial services cooperatives ( R. LRQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected. Intergovernmental Agreement: This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) AND Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario ( ACCQO ) . Other requirement: Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the award of the contract . Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The School Service Center does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. In accordance with section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracts by public bodies, a complaint handling procedure for tendering contractors is available.
