Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Terms of proposal and Surety required are fixed by the specifications. All requests for clarification and/or interpretation by Bidders must be submitted in writing to Environetics Group Architects by March 31, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Bidders must be pre-qualified to bid on work specified by the New Jersey State Board of Education (Title 18A:18A-27). Bidders must also comply with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Law, N.J.P.L. 1977 c.33. Bidders are required to comply with requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bids must be submitted by hand delivery or time and date receipted courier (no bids are to be sent via regular mail) to the Board of Education office at 231 Main Street, 3rd floor. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment will be in the best interest of the School District. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defects or informalities in any bid, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the District to do so. The Board will not assume responsibility for bids not delivered in person to the Board of Education at the time called for bid opening. BUSINESS REGISTRATION NJ Public Law 2004, c. 57, requires all businesses to provide proof of registration with the NJ Department of Treasury to conduct business with any school districts.
