Contractor is to provide trash services. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash bins, equipment, and travel, and to pay all associated costs, fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash collection, hauling, and disposal services. Current and valid California Motor Carrier Permit (MCP) is required.
