Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Wytheville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work consists of construction of a pump station, 3700LF of gravel access road, 6200 LF of 12" force main and related appurtenances discharging to an existing Wythe County Gravity interceptor. Work will be divided into two contracts, the first covering the pump station and access road and the second covering the forcemain. Owner will provide pumps for Division I and pipe & fittings for Division II. Withdrawal of Bids due to error shall be in accordance with Virginia Code Section 2.2-4330.A(i). Should the apparent low Bid exceed available funds, the Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds. Bidders shall comply with Virginia Code Section 54.1-1112 regarding information required with Bid. Envelopes containing Bids shall be clearly marked with the Bidders contractor license number
