Dothan City Board of Education is seeking bids for material and installation of Chain Link Fencing. In addition to the fencing, the bid includes the installation of walk gates and double gates. If you have any questions, please contact Sharia Godwin @ shgodwin(q)dothan.kl2.al.us or 334- 547-0338. All bid prices should be turned in on the attached bid form. The contract will be honored for one year with the option for the board to renew the contract for an additional year. The Dothan City Board of Education reserves the right to cancel this contract with a 30 day notice if services or materials are deemed unsatisfactory. It is not the policy of the Board of Education to purchase on the basis of low bid alone, quality and past performance will be used in this in the determination, it being understood that that the purchaser (Dothan City Board of Education), reserves the right to determine such by whatever means as may be necessary. This bid will be selected for two (2) years with the option of one (1) additional one year extensions. Contracts for purchase will be put into effect by means of purchase order executed by the Board of Education after tabulations are compiled, evaluated and approved by the Board.
