**As of April 21, 2022, project was awarded to DeBernardi Construction Company, awarded amount is $360,045.23.** The Project consists of the following work: The construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of new 8-foot concrete curbwalk poured monolithically with curb and gutter. This project is along James Drive and includes all appurtenances associated with the construction of the new curbwalk including retaining walls, fire hydrant relocation, ADA ramps and fencing. All work will be within the limits and easements of the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the City of Rock Springs Public Works office and at the following locations: Forsgren Associates, Inc. Evanston, WY 82930 (307) 789-6735 City of Rock Springs, Wyoming 212 D Street Rock Springs WY 82901 (307) 352-1500 WYOMING STATE STATUTES apply to the bidding and construction of this Public Works Project: W.S. 27-3-502(f) registration with taxing authority. The provisions of W.S. 16-6-102 through 16-6-107 Preference for Wyoming labor and materials DO NOT apply to this contract. The contract shall be awarded to the qualified bidder making the lowest responsive bid that complies with all requirements. The City of Rock Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.
