The Port of Seattle (Port) invites qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing PFAS Assessment and Remediation Consulting Services to submit written proposals. The Port intends on issuing one (1) project-specific contract as a result of this Solicitation. The initial period of performance is expected to be five (5) years Question Cut-off Date: Mar 22, 2022, 12:30:00 AM The Estimated Project Fee applies to all tasks identified in Exhibit 1, Scope of Work. The estimated fee for this Agreement is $10,000,000 and includes Phase 1 and Phase 2 Consulting Services The Port is an equal opportunity employer. Diverse businesses are encouraged to participate. TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE The Port, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will have afforded that disadvantaged business enterprises had full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and were not discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint with the Port. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with the Ports Title VI Coordinator within one hundred eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
