Solicitation Summary Baltimore City Community College is issuing this Simplified Procurement Solicitation for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and supplies necessary to conduct duct cleaning work at the College's main building. BCCC is requesting a Contractor to perform duct cleaning work for the Main Building's Ground, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, approximately 98,600 square feet (sf), and the Student Services Wing Ground, 1st, and 2nd floors, approximately 66,300 sf on our Liberty Campus. The work shall be performed on the Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) system. The HVAC system includes any interior surface of the facility's air distribution system for conditioned spaces and/or occupied zones. This also includes: o The entire heating, air-conditioning and ventilation system from the points where the air enters the system to the points where the air is discharged from the system. o The return sir grilles and return air ducts to the air handling unit (AHU). o The interior surfaces of the AHU. o The mixing box, coil compartment, condensate drain pans, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, supply air ducts, fans, fan housings, fan blades, air wash systems, spray eliminators, turning vanes, filters, filter housings, reheat coils, and supply diffusers. o Variable air volume (VAV) system. o The HVAC system may also include other components such as dedicated exhaust and ventilation components and make-up air systems.
