The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the mandate aims to carry out the following interventions: Complete replacement of the cover of 8 basins; Replacement of bridging sections; Structural reinforcements; Modification of roof hatches; Addition of ladders with crinolines The work will involve a set of adjoining two (2) and three (3) storey buildings comprising 44 housing units dedicated to families and couples. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
