Name: 2022 Citywide Pavement Patching for Water and Sewer Maintenance Proposed Improvement: Several small areas of pavement patching, sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, structure adjustments and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the plans and specifications. The patching and restoration locations are tracked and will be viewable in the ESRI web application. Although the contractor will be given a list every two weeks to establish completion deadlines, the patching locations will be entered as they arise and will be accessible by the contractor in real time. The contractor will be responsible for having the ability to access the ESRI viewer web application and maintain an official company google account. The City will provide access to a shareable google spreadsheet with lists of locations for the contractor and any subcontractor to enter in completed quantities, the date completed and listing locations as ready for engineering review. The contractor is expected to update the spreadsheet with all required completed fields on a weekly basis, at a minimum, for ease of review and payment. The City of Aurora's inspection and acceptance of each and all locations on a list will be required prior to the payment for that completed list. All lists must be completed in the order they are received.
