Renovation of a municipal facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids submitted via email in response to this Invitation for Bids will not be acceptable. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted on this form. All questions shall be submitted in writing to dyoun@salisburync.gov by 12:00 P.M. on, Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022. Final addendum shall be sent to interested firms on or before the end of business on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022. It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish a vendor to provide Plaza Electrical Panel Replacement at the designated location for the City of Salisbury. The City of Salisbury reserves the right to require performance bonds from the successful bidder, as provided by law, without expense to the City if stated in the bid instructions. Otherwise, in case of default by the Bidder, the City may procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the Bidder responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby. Default shall occur if the Bidder fails to perform any obligation under the contract and schedule and such failure remains uncured for more than thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice thereof from the City of Salisbury. Bid, performance and payment bonds are not required for this project.
