Renovation of an educational facility in Greenlawn, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Any bidder requiring printed documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.Plumbing Construction includes plumbing demo new piping, new plumbing fixtures, piping, etc.The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of the date of opening proposals. Bids shall be subject, however, to the discretionary right reserved by the School District to waive any informalities in, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals and to advertise for new proposals, if in its opinion the best interest of the School District will thereby be promoted. Bidder may not withdraw its bid until forty-five (45) days after the bid opening, except in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103(11). Complete digital sets of Bid Documents may be obtained online via download for a forty-nine dollar ($49.00) non-refundable deposit, in the form of CREDIT CARD.
