Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Shadeland, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; fire / police facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The work to be performed and the proposal to be submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all general construction, mechanical installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, site work and so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the facilities. The project includes the construction of a Fire Station, Town Hall and Community Center Prevailing wages are not required. Said bid guaranty shall be a certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the BID; or, a bond for five percent (5%) of the Bid as surety for the execution of the contract. The bid bond or certified check should be made out to the Owner. The owner, however, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any informalities, discrepancies, omissions, variances, or irregularities in bids received in its sole discretion.
