Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.

Remove and Re-grade the Beaver Borough Municipal Pool Project Invitation, preparation, submittal, bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to the current specifications of Penn DOT Form 408, current edition and appropriate bulletins. Drawing, Specifications, and Bidding Documents prepared by Martone Engineering and Surveying, LLC, 259 College Avenue, Beaver, PA 15009 are on file and open to review during normal business hours at the Beaver Borough Office Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on the forms furnished with the specifications. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the Borough of Beaver, as guarantee that, if the Bid Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement with the Borough upon Notice of Award of the Contract. The Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part thereof or items therein. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in the bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Borough. All rules and regulations pertaining to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply to all contracts in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).
