sealed bids will be received at the office of Pierce County Auditor, Rugby, North Dakota, as follows: 1. Claying and Graveling - bids to be opened at the hour of 9:30 A.M. April 5, 2022; All bids must be on file on or before opening time indicated for the respective items above. Each bid to be labeled on the outside of the envelope. "SEALED BID" and show the hour, date, contractor license, renewal date, and item bid on. Bids will not be opened unless these requirements are strictly followed. All bids are to be submitted to Pierce County Auditor, 240 2nd St SE, Suite 6 Rugby, ND 58368. UNIFORM BIDDERS BLANKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE USED FOR EACH BID, WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED AT THE OFFICE OF THE PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR, RUGBY, NORTH DAKOTA 58368. A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, WORKERS COMPENSATION CERTIFICATE OF PREMIUM PAYMENT OR WAIVER IF APPLICABLE, COPY OF CURRENT CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE MUST BE FILED WITH BID ITEMS 1 & 2. The use tax responsibility on all materials installed will remain that of the contractor, regardless of who actually owns the materials.
