Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), invites interested parties to submit sealed bids, on or before the bid date set forth below, with respect to the following Project White River Innovation District - Site Demolition to be performed at the site of the former GM Stamping Plant in Indianapolis, Indiana, as further described in the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents for the Project (collectively Bidding Documents ). Bids received after the submittal deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The amount of the Bid Bond or Certified Check shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, including add alternates (if any). Such bid security shall be subject to forfeiture in the event the contract is awarded to a bidder and that bidder fails to execute the contract or otherwise fails to proceed in accordance with its bid and the requirement of the Bidding Documents. All bids not accompanied by an appropriate Bid Bond or Certified Check may be rejected as non-responsive. The IEDC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities and/or informalities.
