As of 05/09/2022 this project are not moving forward with the project at this point. The Work consists of structural concrete repair of the sludge holding tanks, administration building, and plant water pump station at the West Water Reclamation Facility in Elgin, IL, providing all accessories, tools and appurtenances for completion of work, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10 % of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interest of OWNER.
